НΨ = EΨ !*

H Psi equals E Psi!
CA = art!?
We will ride the wave!
Or be under the rake (Ψ)
Of a chewed-up taste…

H Psi equals E Psi!
CA = art!?
Formulas are so clear,
If only the wave could find
its true course to steer…

H Psi equals E Psi!
Or just HY EY (ХУ ЕУ!),
We are the power of the shared wave,
Or different particles of light!

ASH PSI EQUALS E PSI!
Do our steps intersect anywhere?
Yes! Which means, CA = art!
And the formula will prove right!

*Bohr insisted on his point of view so persistently that, according to eyewitnesses, Schrödinger fell ill — and Bohr continued convincing him at his bedside, saying: “But you must agree…” Before us is the Schrödinger equation in a kind of matrix packaging — that very same Schrödinger whose cat has by now become a meme. Schrödinger presented the equation exactly 100 years ago, in 1926, based on the wave nature of quantum processes, however the understanding of the equation (what exactly is oscillating in this damned atom?) remained far from clear and sparked strong arguments, as the aforementioned dispute between Bohr and Heisenberg at Schrödinger's bedside.

Main stages of the program:

  1. Selection of participants (conducted by an independent expert committee appointed by the Tamyr Art Lab).
  2. Overture. More particle than wave introduction to the program, meeting participants, mentors, curators, and organizers.
  3. Act I. More wave than particle educational block.
  4. Act II. Quantum Leap a trip to the city of Kadamjai (Kyrgyzstan), collecting materials for artistic works.
  5. Act III: ΨΨ* finalising artistic works together with curators and mentors, preparation for the exhibition and the exhibition in Almaty (Kazakhstan).

Overture. More particle than wave

Today, in this hjbfheb time the art of CA institutionalisation of Central Asian art carries among other things hbfhew , which prepares a real army of prickly and disheveled but still an army of artists, curators, etc., etc., to swallow them and occasionally spit them out. Institutionalisation might not be that bad, might be even good than bad, but it still carries traumas and diseases of our present (decrepit but kinda cool) world. Traumas and diseases jfhejrf !!!???

Don’t listen to what they say, look at the account book that’s what they are building! as the classics of this decrepit but kinda cool world used to say.

Don’t look at the fact that they are treating you with beer and wisely saying all the righteous things, look at how they are short-pouring you – as classics of this decrepit but kinda cool world used to say.

And what is art?!!!! As we see it, it is the possibility to imagine and re-create hefbjhefb. Deleuze, it seems, said that art is a hole in an umbrella. I don’t want the umbrella, give me the hole in it. Institutions are possibilities for art (read: a good place for the hole in it). But as the classics used to say, they give, but they get more. Never, never tell me they get less. Open the account book! Institutions hjfherfjh, but enough about them, too much honor.

Act I. Rather wave than particle

This is not an anti-institutional program as the dramatic opening might have suggested. Our task is to show that art and everything around it is like LEGO (from Danish Leg-godt — «play well»), it can be re-assembled, re-built, or left as it is. Institutions are part of this Leg-godt, they work for the art scene, and we jhfdf can interact with them and other parts of lego.

In this program we suggest stepping back by at least 1 cm, better 1 m, or if we are lucky 100 m from this well-worn road of preparing an army of anyone at all, or better not an army but genuine present and future artists. Artists can appropriate these given x, y, z coordinates. Sometimes for that you have to move to other x’, y’, z’ coordinates, further from the capitals, leaving behind the cursed spirit of capitals.

Yes! We will learn a little or a lot (does it matter) how things are in contemporary art here and there. We will re-learn, re-assemble history, theory. We suggest immersing ourselves together into material and see – what can it say to us, and what can we say to it? And NB! all participants determine the course, pace, direction (be prepared!) This learning is collective, emotional, passed through personal experience (???) Karaoke instead of lectures, and if there are lectures then from the participants (if you don’t know the subject the best thing to do is to give a lecture on it?) but joking aside, there will be lectures too! what is dfjhjf if not a balance of democracy and philosophy? jhfjff

And at the center of the program we will move. Not to Kazakhstan, but to the Batken region in Kyrgyzstan to catch an empty signifier.

To catch emptiness, to be a professional and well-versed fhjhfbejhdb artist not much of a difference when compared to the Universe.

Act II. Quantum leap

So, about the empty signifier (shortly “emptiness”) that we are going to catch together participants will make a quantum leap to Kadamjai city:

“The last jolokchu lived in Kadamjai sovkhoz in the Frunze district of the Osh region of Kyrgyzstan” wrote once Taiture Batyrkulov, a well-known researcher of unusual forgotten customs. The note was written in 1991 in the Vokrug Sveta magazine, clearly during the convulsive pre-death state of Soviet times…

Jolokchu is a person that drives out joloks (WTF?!!!). This is not an easy profession, it demands sacrifices (Aaaa?). The path to this occupation, as the Kyrgyz used to say (used to say when? where?), is lined with death (OMG!). Jolokchu supposedly (or maybe we shouldn’t be ironic here?) could drive an entire swarm of ticks joloks off a herd of sheep with a single spit.

But where to catch them? “In Kadamjai sovkhoz in the Frunze district of the Osh region of Kyrgyzstan” wrote once briefly Taiture Batyrkulov, a well-known researcher of unusual forgotten customs. Possibly somewhere around Kadamjai city….

Kadamjai
Kadam — step
Jai — place

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR on December 19, 1940, the settlement of Kadamjai was renamed in honor of Frunze. Well yes, history is the living dead.

Kadamjai emerged as a settlement of metallurgists at an antimony plant. In 1938, the settlement at the Kadamjai mine of the Khalmiyon district was reorganised into a workers' settlement of the same name.

Act III: ΨΨ*

ΨΨ* — shows the probability of finding a particle at a certain point in space.

When we will catch the emptiness that is where we will begin constructing something of our own: exchanging, speaking, walking together — walking, isn’t it a powerful practice? Walking, strolling around in search of the empty signifier. New circumstances, heating weather, the mixed-aralash-language. Here we suggest in the spirit of the raid (wanted to write in the spirit of the raid of Chyngyz Aidarov, but let’s not exploit memory and methods). Here we suggest tuning in to a dense, tense interaction with the environment and find “jasalgan buyumdar” in this environment (or how they used to say in ancient times “readymades”).

After that we disperse to with mentors polish our “jasalgan buyumdar” (or how they used to say in ancient times — “readymades”). Why? So that we know how it is supposed to be done. This is not that important as we feel it, but sometimes it is helpful to know how to hold the fork on the left and the knife on the right, so as to stick that very same fork into … (eye, fried egg, salad).

We finish this whole beshbarmak with an exhibition, which in our view jhfdhfb will do, but so to speak gives shape to our quantum stochastic processes. There too there is work to be done and things to think about, but it is not quite what makes us feel (not only) alive but filled with an electric charge of erotic (as Audre Lorde urged?).
